    interior speaker wiring...

    whats the easiest way to run my interior speaker wires to an amp in the trunk??? i.e....what color wires and where are they located.....should i get the wires from behind the radio??? or where from???

    Look here for some guidance on what to do. With the Bose system, all of the speaker wires are conveniently run to the rear of the trunk and are easy to connect to.

    This instructional thread shows how to do it to add a sub amp, but you just need to take it further to connect the additional wires.

    Here's a list of the colors.
    BOSE WIRING COLORS

    Factory speaker harness wiring colors

    Front Right + Gray/Silver
    Front Right - Yellow/Silver

    Front Left + Green/Silver
    Front Left - Red/Silver

    Rear Door Right + Brown/Silver
    Rear Door Right - Black/Silver

    Rear Door Left + Green/Yellow
    Rear Door Left - Black/Yellow

    Rear Deck Right + Blue/Red
    Rear Deck Right - Blue/White

    Rear Deck Left + Blue/Yellow
    Rear Deck Left - White/Green



    Head unit output colors

    The (+) are all on the same side of the connector.

    Head Output Front Right + Orange/Blue
    Head Output Front Right - White/Blue

    Head Output Front Left + White
    Head Output Front Left - Orange

    Head Output Rear Right + Blue
    Head Output Rear Right - Pink

    Head Output Rear Left + Teal
    Head Output Rear Left - Purple


    Remote Wire Light Blue/ Silver

    thanks gilley..where is that bose amp??? in the trunk? on the drivers side??? or somewhere else???

    i kinda got a lil pissy 2day and went 2 get a new radio...lol

    Nice Kenwood. Did you get it connected? The Bose amp is in the left rear floor of the trunk underneath a metal bracket.

    its all in...jsut need to get my amp for interiors...maybe tomorrow ill do this..i have not yet ran my sub to the sub output but the sound level increase in my ride is amazing!!!! unreal without amping my interiors!! honest to god best bang for buck radio...i love it...still playing with it...ill play with it a lil more 2night b4 i go out...im in love...lol
