    HELP!! Electrical Issues

    Hey everyone,
I've got an 07 Gcoupe 5AT. A couple days ago, while driving at night my car suddenly experienced several electrical problems at once. As of now, the car:
Won't go into night mode (taillights won't turn on, dash lights don't change even when headlights are in the on position)
Popup nav does not pop up
Aircon controls start as off when I turn the car on (car doesn't remember the last setting, resets to off)
    Headlights DO work
    Radio does work
Indicators DO work, but do not show up on the dash.

I checked the fuses and couldn't find any that were shorted.
    Please help!

Do you have an aftermarket radio or other componets? If so maybe there's an issue there. As for fuses, be sure to check the fuses that are under the hood as well.

Yeah, I've got aftermarket radio. And I did check the fuses under the hood.

The Body Control Module (BCM) controls a lot of the lighting functions. Yours may have gone bad. It's a dealer programmable item that will cost about $700 to replace.

You may want to check out this old thread of mine. I had a similar problem with mine years ago. If you have an aftermarket head unit, it means you or someone else were working back there and may have dinged up the ribbon cable to the BCM. I got one out of a wrecked Z and saved a ton of money.
