    Electrical breakdown

as people in the NY area are having problems with losing power, I have had a breakdown in obtaining power from the outlets (even before the summer) in the passenger front as well as the outlet between the seats. This has happened three times after placing a telephone recharger. My dealer service manager says it is a problem with the Verizon recharger and not with the Z. He stated that he tested the recharger in a showroom car and the fuse blew. All I want to know is if anyone else has had this problem and how you solved it. I'm afraid to buy a radar detector if I can't plug it in anywhere. The solution my service manager gave me is to use a different recharger. Also where is the fuse for this outlet?

    Mess around with wires?

If a recharger is blowing the fuse, how am I assured that I won't screw something else up If I start playing around with wires. Besides of the "How to" threads that I've seen... Looks too complicated fo me.
By the way, nice picture is it available as a poster?
