I have an 05 enth., the manual seat on my driver's side is busted. It doesnt really lock into position until you sit down and put weight on it. It's kind of hard to explain. Basically it doesnt lock into its spot unless I put weight on it, arggg. The dealer didnt want to touch it, i just want to see if anyone has this problem

Yes, I admit I made a stupid $30K mistake on a piece of crap Nissan. It doesnt matter how much you blow on your Nissan, Nissan dealers and NMAC will still treat you like a dirtbag.
There is a TSB out for loose seats on the 04's...
