Defense strategy #1 in traffic court is always to question the accuracy of the equipment, or the training of the person using it. There was some legislation passed in my county in NJ which prohibited the use of a certain manufacturer's laser gun from being used because it was highly inaccurate. Not sure what the presentation of evidence was to warrant that decision, but it's certainly worth pursuing.
