In the past 2 years my mpg has been staidly decreasing from 20+ mpg to just over 18 mpg right now. I'm not sure what it is but 2 mpg is a substantial drop. I mostly drive in the city though. Is this what everybody else is getting?

I have sinned.....I smoked in my Z ( I know...sigh....I know). Any suggestions on the best way to remove the smell from the interior?? BTW I have cloth seats. If I can successfully remove odor I will avoid this in the future . Any help would be appreciated.
