Alright I'm sure it's been asked before but:

Can someone tell me about the warranty void, if there's ways to get around it, and stuff with installing the Injen CAI and maybe the Injen SES exhaust

thanks~

some guys are gunna say everything vcoids warranty...which is true...some guys will say it if something breaks they have to prove that whatever aftermarket thing u put on broke whatever broke...which is true...

it can go eitehr way at the dealership...might as well keep all factory parts and if something breaks jsut return to stock...or dont touch the car or 4get bout ur warranty...

hope this helped

If you modify a part of your car and the dealer sees it they may/will void the warranty on that part alone. They cannot void your entire drivetrain warranty off of an intake or exhaust. There was a law that passed that gives you these rights. It is slipping my mind at the moment, but it does exist (google it).

If (godforbid) something does go wrong with your car and you are unable to return to stock before visiting the dealer they will have to PROVE beyond reasonable doubt that that particular aftermarket component caused the larger problem to occur.

I think it's called sarbany-oaxes (sp)
Theoratically, the dealer need to prove that ur modfications don't affect the 'broken' thing ... so if ur cd changer is dead, they can't say it's caused by your intake.....
But again, if you have an intake and ur dealer is *****, and they don't want to fix your engine related, what u gonna do? sue them? write a formal complain?
on other day, you might still need to find another dealer (of course, you wouldn't come back to that dealer after this happened).... this is what NJ said.
It's why it's good to maintain a great relation w/ ur dealer.

I can clearly assure you that ur exhaust wouldn't void ur warranty. But intake..... then it's 50/50, depending the a$sholemeter of ur dealer and any problem you face later on the day. But most dealer I know wouldn't care about this small problem (such as intake).

depends on the dealer really but according to the magnusson-moss act, it has to be directly involved in the problem.
