sway + 3. Definitely a plus. In fact, that was my 1st mod ever to the G.

Ummm...fix the laser diffuser. Don't you and your girlfriend speed? Can get replacement diffuser through Car Tunes in Roswell for less than new kit.
Sways are a good idea too.

Well I put the slash cause I would get both the sways and the new strut bar. I will give that car stereo place a call about my laser jammer getting fixed. I also know that the list is kinda spread out. But the price is about the same except for the rear bumper which will be much more.

I also see no one picked the valve body upgrade. Will I need this for sure before I go FI in 7k miles. ( So Close I just want to go on a long as$ drive this weekend and try to knock a 1k miles).

Since you already have a few good mods the sways and strut bar will really make a
diffrence in how you G handles........money well spent!

I had someone back into my stock bumper. I had the bumper replaced. It also put a small Nick on the front of my CF hood so they are sending me a check to buy a replacement hood with.

Bambam,
I think we paid around $160 to replace one of the front laser jammers. Still cheaper than another whole kit. One of ours fell off when it had not been secured to the new bumper.

The problem is I don't know what the problem is. it just flashes red so I am trying to decide on buying a new one or letting them look at it and for 85 a hour.

Have you looked at the manual? Attached is a link to the shifter manual.

Haha No, I have escort 8500. I chose escort because I think it's the best among all in term of detecting radar BUT everytime it beeps, you have to look around you to find the cops, you don't know if it's in front, back, left, right, or under you (in case you are on a bridge)... that can be frustating sometimes.,,, slowing down for a while after the beep would help but it would be best if you know where the police is..... I mean if you know he is behind you, you can always speed up when you don't see him because you know he is not in front of you..... the same thing can't be said if you don't know where the police is.

Gotcha, Well it looks like it will be sways. But if the strut bar turns out to be just cosmetic I will get something else to go along with them.

Yeah I have the manual. my next step was to take the whole thing out and run power to it to see if it will go back to working properly. Also was going to run a voltage meter to see if there was a chance that power was not getting to one of the shifters.

Bambam,
Make sure all of the units are plugged fully into the brain box first. It could have gotten a little loose.

Ours attached to the rearview mirror and hardwired to the car. This is on our Z, my old G, and on the Tahoe. We do still have mute buttons installed near the driver's right knee area.

Thanks people, I bought the sways today. I am hoping to get up early and put them on tomorrow before the meet. I got the stillen sways.
Stay tuned for a new poll. On the next mod in a few weeks or maybe in the next few days. HFC or Valve body since there is a tie.
