G35 Coupe vs. Maxima SL vs. Acura TL Auto

Hey guys, it's been a while since I've posted here. I'm finally going to get my car this summer.... :jump40: :jump40: but it's just that now that I've been doing my research, my initial choice of the G Coupe has been skewed a bit. I stumbled upon the Acura TL's and the Maxima SL. Personally, I like sedans simply because I heard coupe insurance is more expensive than sedans'. Also, I really like how the TL looks. Also, the Maxima SL apparently has a really REALLY smooth ride with the luxury suspension, and I'm also diggin the Elite Package + Driver Preferred Package that includes heated steering wheel, rear bucket seats with center console, heated rear seats, automated rear shade etc. I'm really liking these options and everything, but I just can't decide. I have yet to test drive any of them, but I was just wondering if you guys could give me some advice. I'm thinking of just doing minor cosmetic work, nothing performance related. I'm just looking for a fun drive with the capability of doing errands. I'm thinking of doing some tricking out with the car audio in the trunk, some tv monitors in the headrest etc. some LED Neon lights and maybe some big chrome wheels. Attempting to feed the African American soul in my Asian American body. But right now I'm torn, so any advice is well appreciated!

from ur mod list, id go w/ the maxima. the acuras just seem so plain. just dont do big chromes on a g coupe plz heh.

I am going to have to agree.....Get the maxima. Its the only car on that list that will look good with big chrome wheels. and insurance is definatly more expensive on the G than on the maxima.

the new maximas r def hot. my roomie checked em out. ive seen a couple on big chrome wheels that just look thugged out. i think ud b happy w/ 1.

i dunno, cuz GAHHH, the infiniti G Coupe is soooo nice. and I would really like one, but like I think i just have to test drive them to really lock my decision down. I'm not really into the performance parts, I'm really into the cosmetic parts. I'm actually considering just buying my stock G and posting it up on the forum and asking what I should do with it, and maybe do whatever someone says I dunno. I'm still leaning towards the G Coupe side.

There is no Y in INFINITI... This is from 05 so if you're still around i'd like to know what you ended up getting, I hope you didnt put neons on it. Personally it just seems tooooo ummm shall I say, Fast and the Idiots i mean furious.

Yeah I didnt think so but if he has the same email he may get a confirmation and decide to come back.

I hope people dont mind me commenting on random threads even if they are old. I just search for whatever pops in my head, some times i comment sometimes I dont.
