UR crank pulley with S/C?

It think I know the answer to this but I'm not sure........If I was going to add a S/C later down the road would I still be able to run it with the UR crank pulley? If not, would their be any side effects to running the pulley and then taking it off before the S/C has been installed? .....maybe with ECU tuning??

You should not run your SC with a UR pulley. The reason is that the pulley will underdrive the SC like everything else and you will produce lower boost. If you do not compensate for the under drive, then not only will you have lower boost, but you will likely run rich.

Add the pulley now and taking it off later when you install the SC should have no bad side affects.
